Advanced Mood
From WiCWiki
This dialog contains settings for creating a mood snapshot. All parameters can either use the default environment setting, or override it with new mood values.
Operations
- Sun
- Ambient color - Simulates atmospheric light, the "background" light that emanates from the sky dome.
- Color - Simulates direct sunlight.
- Overbright factor - Gives the lighting a little extra punch.
- Max size scale - Scales the sun flare.
- Coin size scale - Scales the so called "sun coin", the actual sun object.
- Fog
- Fog color - Sets the color of the fog.
- Sun fog color - Sets an optional specific fog color for when the camera is pointed towards the sun. This is a very efficient parameter to simulate realistic sunlight.
- Start / end - The start value is meters between camera and where the fog sets in. The end value is the distance at which the fog reaches highest density.
- Threshold - An opacity cap that affects start - end.
- Exponent - Exponent of the fog density curve.
- Sky
- Color - Tints the sky towards a color.
- Water
- Color scale - Changes the overall color of the water.
- Ripple softener - Makes the water softer or rougher.
- Specular exponent - Changes the specularity of the water.
- Sun reflection scale - Changes how much the sun is reflected, compared to the environment.
- Bloom
- Active bloom - Sets a bloom preset that will be enabled along with this mood.
- Interpolation time - When this mood is enabled, its bloom will start to fade in during a specific time span (for example 10 seconds). Bloom fades separately from the rest of the mood parameters due to performance issues with bloom filters.
- Precipitation
- Model - Fades in or out a precipitation model.
- Interpolation time - The time it will take to fade the precipitation model.
- Clouds
- Backlight color - Color of the rim of the cloud.
- Light / Dark color - The clouds are dynamically colored by the light color towards the sun and a dark color in the other direction.
- Speed scale - Changes how fast the clouds will travel.
- Backlight settings - Simulates how the rim of the cloud is lit up by the sun.
- Transparency - Sets how much transparency the clouds have.
- Bottom shade/Cluster shade/Side scale - Shades cluster or cloud sprite with a darker side or bottom, so it looks more heavy and thick.
- Sun occlusion exp - Decides how many clouds that is needed to cover the sun, and how far out the cloud covers the sun.
- Warfilter
- Levels - Sets the color of the post effect.
- Strength - Multipier for how much color adjustments you wants.
- Saturation - Changes the spectra of colors.
- Noise - Fades in a camera noise.
- High/low level - Changing the high- and low level gives you more contrast and more blacks and whites.
